Went to visit a friend there and was impressed with the apartments. I went with her to the office to pick up a package and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Hopefully there is a vacancy here once my lease is over so I can move in. Felt good vibes and I really like the apartments. My friend gave me good feedback on the staff as well.

I’m looking for a new apartment complex as my new job requires me to relocate and Cypress Springs checked all of my boxes! The property was nice and homey, prices were reasonable and within my range, and the office staff were the absolute best part. Karina was kind and welcoming, Bri was knowledgeable and accommodating. They were amazingly helpful as I navigate a new area so I’m happy I found Cypress Springs. My number one option as I finalize my relocation.

Not one place has Briana & Karina theses two lovely ladies have been heaven sent with the whole stressful process. These two have made the process so smooth and they answer the phone and go above and beyond I feel a real connection and family with these two. Nick in maintenance is absolutely amazing, he is quick, efficient and very friendly which is somethings you need when it's someone entering your space.

I had an issue with my refrigerator going out Nick came by and changed the motor and on help me the next day it was horrible but Jose and Nick came by and changed out a whole new refrigerator everything has always been pleasant upon meeting the gentleman hopefully they stayed the maintenance people because I really adore them and I am a new tenant in the building and has been taken care of immediately by the maintenance with always a smile and a pleasant presence thank you and the management yes don’t forget the management went to them and they handled it right off I never even had to put in a work order they put it in for me pleasant place to live great right off I haven’t even been here a month and I have been taking care of immediately thank you

I went to the complex to view an apt for my son who constantly works. I spoke to Karina in the office. She showed me an apt, answered all of my questions (being a momma bear I had A LOT!) and was super kind and professional. I had my two toddlers with me who are very active, but she didn't seem to mind. We applied for the apt and my son was approved. So far, the process has been very smooth. He was able to get a great move in special as well. I definitely recommend asking for Karina! And definitely tour the complex. Thank you Cypress Springs for all your help! My sons first apt will be a huge blessing right before Christmas.

Decently priced apartments. They're a bit outdated but nothing terrible. Area is older but still very safe. Management is very on top of things and makes sure to keep the complex peaceful/not too noisy. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner as well. So long as my lease renewal isn't too high, I'll definitely stay here for the time being.

Been in contact with the property for about a month now trying to get a 3 bedroom for me and my grandchildren. Unfortunately 3 bedrooms here are hard to get but Bri in the office is great and has been keeping in touch with me regarding availability. I toured this property just recently and Bri even invited me back for their property banana split day!! Definitely going to wait it out and get an apartment when one comes available.

Not sure why that last review said it is unsafe here.... I’ve lived here for a year and have NEVER had an issue with safety with me or my 2 children. If I wrote this review over 6 months ago, I would definitely have a few complaints but there are new owners currently and I definitely think the ladies in the office have handled/ taken care of things appropriately. Ciara (I believe she’s the manager) is professional, kind and respectful. The only complaint I have is the fact that our kids have no where to “play” but the parking lot. I was disappointed to see all the grass play areas be replaced with rocks. Looks pretty, but not functional for all the children that live here. Apts are clean, no bugs and basically friendly neighbors that don’t bother anyone else.

I lived at this complex a total of 3 years. In 2 different apartments. Once up stairs and 2 years downstairs. Never saw any bugs. (Outside does not count) I love the French door to the patio instead of tacky sliding glass doors. For the cost of rent it is a great place to live. VERY QUIET the management is pretty cool too. The worst thing I have to say about the complex is that the dumbser areas are very messy a lot. Lots of furniture outside that's not disposed of. But I regret having to leave there. Also lots of storage in the apartment too. And big bathrooms. So this is an update to my above post. I am moving back to this place. I moved out because I needed a larger apartment and 2 bedrooms here were unavailable at the time. I moved to Prominent at Sahara. Huge mistake don't move there. Cypress Springs is so much nicer and not much more. My apartment looms FANTASTIC. the grounds are kept up and Veronica in the office has been awesome to me.
