My beginning experience of signing a lease learning info was great ! Not even days after we moved in we experienced constant noise from the upstairs unit , we were told that 3 ppl lived upstairs. We had a ring cam 11 ppl lived upstairs no respect whatsoever for neighbors! Then they move next neighbors supposedly was a lady and her 2 teenage boys ,this lady moved in 2 sisters and 5 kids ! We never got rest . We make a complaint it would stop for a moment. The worst part about it all was our unit 125 had a leak ! It rained in our master bedroom each time it rained ! This occurred for the our 12 month duration. We complained numerous times. A roofer came but never did anything a window was replaced didnât stop the rain , it damaged our flat screen we put in a claim denied . They explained there insurance doesnât cover my losses. I just stopped complaining there wasnât nothing that was gonna be done anyways but an apology! Itâs really crazy how we are by law required to pay our rent on time and all the hidden fees, but if the landlord/owner isnât holding up his end nothing happens. We were still responsible for nearly 30,000 in rent ! With no compensation for a loss tv a pair of shoes and my daughters entire make up brushes and waxing machine for her side work ! Please donât fall for the cheap deposit if you value piece of mind. If you value not having homeless ppl and drug addicts roaming the property sleeping in the benches and having no security! Only to patrol maybe twice a month!Kids with no supervision breaking anything that you may want to set up by your door! This place could be a nice place if and only if it was totally remodeled updated . Update not as this apartment has handles on the cabinets and better appliances! My living room window sounded like a whistling camp ground when the wind blew !Why fix one window when they all were outdated . Why charge ppl for outrageous trash fees when we as tenants had proof of someone dumping. Had a whole video of the man coming well before office hours with a flat bed attached to his truck dumping all the junk from yard work homes trash and anything else on his truck he didnât want â I went to the office showed the video, clearly we could blow up the plate , but oh thereâs nothing we can do ! Nothing but keeping charges us the tenants for ppl
Outside the community dumping !The rules that the tenants have are few here in Nevada , So donât move here or you will be stuck there like we were for 1 whole year that seemed like 3!I recorded and watch ppl violating rules fixing cars shooting off fireworks dogs off leash you name it !At the times there were 4 of us in a 3 bedroom. Myself my husband and our two adult children in their 20âs ! They gave the apartments a new name and I totally agree RATCHET Springs! If you like Ratchet this is your place ! If you like ppl to act concerned and lie right in your face this is the place !And yes one time I was given an option to move into an upstairs unit in my same building, but I would have to pay literally $700.00, at the end of the month then pay rent on the 1st! Why would I have to pay and itâs taking in my apartment and you wonât fix it ! Why would that have been our problem! Why was there no damn empathy? Why didnât the complex hold themselves on the same standard the tenant has to be . Be responsible for your actions! We were not asking to be made whole we were asking for our items to be replaced . We were asking for a unit that didnât get wet each time it rained ! We were asking for a place decent enough for the amount of money we were paying which was almost $2000 after fees plus Nevada power! You do the math cause it wasnât matching what we were paying! Nor was it matching the piece of mind to come home maybe one or two days out the week and be able to take a nap without a child bouncing a ball above you. Or when you go to bed by 8:30 pm and your awakened by 1:30 with the teenagers above you having a house party cause there mom works third shift and she had moved the aunts in yet ! I have over 366 days of misery horrible
