Notice the response from management, very PC. Going to the office to complain has one result....nothing. Actually the manager is a bigot. Calling NextWave, the corporate office is just as bad, as they are in AZ and have no idea what is happening here in NV. The manager attempts to harass and intimidate residences. I say attempt because no one is scared of her. She does not manage the property at all. Last time I checked, we the tenants, pay rent so you the manager can get paid a salary so we owe the manager nothing. The pictures on the website are a crock! The property has trash all over especially during the weekends. The pool is tiny and chains on the gate, no club house so that is a lie and the so call exercise room is about as big as a small bedroom which can only be used when management is in the office. Now we are gated in on both sides of the property, but they offer a key for $10. Even the walking gate is locked 24 hours so school kids will have an even longer walk to get in the ONE entrance. I'm pretty sure this is a city fire violation. Yes, people smoke all kinds of things in their apartments. I know because it comes through the vents so if you don't smoke get prepared to smell it or even walking outside you smell it. Renovated apartments?! Ha! Painting the cabinets white is not renovating....maybe they should watch HGTV. They now charge water/sewer/trash in addition to the rent however our units are not individual meter so we are paying the property water bill and management will not show you the actual bill. In your lease they say it is divided among the tenants. Well then show us the bill and stop saying the city is charging us. Cable is the same. When you say you don't watch tv the manager says, "well you have to pay it anyway". My appliances are old and most settings don't work and yes, uneven floor in kitchen. Pigeon droppings are everywhere and is not cleaned up. And yes, I have experience the water being turned off for longer than 15 mins. I have experienced the water being off for up to an hour and NO NOTICE was given regardless of the reply from the management in another post saying they notify tenants if the water is off longer than 15 mins. Another lie from them.Don't rent here if you can avoid it. I'm leaving once my lease expires.

They shut the water off without telling anybody, so I had to go to a friends house to take a shower and was late for work. Massive amount of kids hang out all night long next to my apartment and scream and yell all night long until the wee hours of the night, so I never get any sleep. They accused me of smoking weed in my apartment when I don't even drink. They will not let you reschedule maintenance so you could be inside your apartment when total strangers come in. Do yourself a big favor and never ever rent from these insane people, stay away from Cypress Springs Apartments, let them go bankrupt for their dirty dealing and disrespectful ways!! No, No and No. 1# They had the water off for at least 30 minutes or more. 2# I got a note accusing me of smoking weed in my apartment that was attached to my door. 3# When I called to work out a time for (their maintenance), (not my maintenance request), Michelle the most rudest person on the planet said it was not allowed. How do you as a owner know anything that goes on here?? You are assuming things that are just not true. I am a very quiet person. I always pay my rent on time. I have been constantly harassed by the manager for no reason, she has no idea how to treat people, especially the good tenants, so I will be taking my business somewhere else. I will never recommend this place until you do some drastic changes around here.

Of I could give NO stars I would!! The are 5 dogs and 5 people in a 2 bdrm in bldg 4...3 of the dogs are PITS... another vicious pit in bldg 5 bottom apt #169 and in bldg 7 the most vicious of all dogs in a bottom apt. This inept mgr put in a bacteria infested dog area complete with fake grass that holds dog feces and urine smell and germs. Most tenants don't allow their pets in it. The complex is GARBAGE!! The ONLY staff worth a dam ate the two maintenance guys... most of the staff and tenants can't stand the manager, MELISSA, but she's so ARROGANT she THINKS it's everyone but her. SMDH !! PEOPLE MOVING OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT... WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU?????

This place is utter garbage. Management is the worst part, they made a bunch of unnecessary changes that just make things more difficult for their tenants. They're uncaring and downright greedy for your money without putting it to good use. And the TENANTS are getting worse and worse every time someone moves in. Just ghetto, rude, or disrespectful, everyone lets their children run free like wild animals ravaging through anything they come in contact with. It's just a mess. There's nowhere to park, people park anywhere they want like they own the lot ugh..it's just so bad. The new gates are constantly close which is ridiculous. I could write a novel on how terrible this place is. Please do yourself a favor.. *****AVOID******

The place might be nice if the manager knew what she was doing... She is rude and a bigot!! DON'T MOVE INTO THESE YOU'LL REGRET IT FAST!!! ð¤¬ð¤¬ð¤¬ The Pool and do called gym are amenities you pay for but can't use... She took the kids and the dogs area and now the gates are in and everyone is locked in.. SMDH

They are horrible to rent from. Dishonest and immature dynamic of staff and management. The last thing anyone should worry about is where they live.

If I could give this a zero I would. The management is the worse I have ever come across. Within 2 months living there, I had over 20 maintenance requests and a severe cockroach problem in my apartment. The 3 or 4 times they sprayed did not help. The last straw was when they blatantly called me a liar and told me I put my rent in the deposit drop box after the 5th of the month. Despite my numerous requests to view the camera that is in the front of the office building which would have showed me putting my envelope in there the night of the 5th and the fact that my money order was dated for the 5th, they continued to say I was lying and charged me a $91.25 late fee. I got a lawyer to get released out of my lease and won against this piece of s*it place. Melissa C. is an arrogant, heartless woman and so is her boss at Nextwave Mangement, Irene. They are the worse slum lords ever. I usually don't write reviews, but since they wanted to continue to belittle me and add insult to injury by sending a collection debt of $163 to a collection agency for false utility charges, I thought I would bring light to their situation. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE 100% CORRECT.

AC was broken when I moved in. Management did my walkthrough themselves so I couldnât even catch the AC being broken. This complex has some of the worst management Iâve ever dealt with and I wouldnât recommend Cypress Springs to anyone.
