New management thought it would be a great idea to get rid of the grass where all the kids play and put down rocks.... rocks everywhere. My son plays outside where the grass used to be but ever since the rocks have been placed (and still being replaced) he has hurt his ankles and even got a rock thrown at his head by an unsupervised child. Management also does not address noisy neighbors (sounds like mine are the cast from Jumanji). Oh, and they advertise new steel appliances and guess what? My stove tops and oven cook unevenly...... My carpets smell like mold, I had to buy my own products to get rid of roaches, my ceiling was leaking and that was never addressed, the list goes on and on but the rocks are the last straw. NOT A KID FRIENDLY APARTMENT COMMUNITY

I had a very good experience living here for 6 months. The maintenance staff was excellent. My unit was near the front of the community. It was nice.

No problems to report. Maintenance crew was absolutely and 100% the best and the front office ladies do their job and are great with any response time given. Love this place for sure

Lived here few years ago and it was okay at first but than we would keep getting new management every other month. I was there for over 3 years. Long story short I was on a month to month lease the last few months and the day I moved out new management wanted to slap me with a $500 fee for under paying my rent for the past months (by law they cant do that) even tho nobody said anything to me until I had my uhaul truck outside packing up.. two years later I found out they gave me a eviction without even sending me papers for court.. I was never late on rent and never gave them a issue.. I always had great rental history until I came here. DO NOT GO HERE!! EVER!!!
