If I could give this a zero I would. The management is the worse I have ever come across. Within 2 months living there, I had over 20 maintenance requests and a severe cockroach problem in my apartment. The 3 or 4 times they sprayed did not help. The last straw was when they blatantly called me a liar and told me I put my rent in the deposit drop box after the 5th of the month. Despite my numerous requests to view the camera that is in the front of the office building which would have showed me putting my envelope in there the night of the 5th and the fact that my money order was dated for the 5th, they continued to say I was lying and charged me a $91.25 late fee. I got a lawyer to get released out of my lease and won against this piece of s*it place. Melissa C. is an arrogant, heartless woman and so is her boss at Nextwave Mangement, Irene. They are the worse slum lords ever. I usually don't write reviews, but since they wanted to continue to belittle me and add insult to injury by sending a collection debt of $163 to a collection agency for false utility charges, I thought I would bring light to their situation. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE 100% CORRECT.
