No problems to report. Maintenance crew was absolutely and 100% the best and the front office ladies do their job and are great with any response time given. Love this place for sure

Lived here few years ago and it was okay at first but than we would keep getting new management every other month. I was there for over 3 years. Long story short I was on a month to month lease the last few months and the day I moved out new management wanted to slap me with a $500 fee for under paying my rent for the past months (by law they cant do that) even tho nobody said anything to me until I had my uhaul truck outside packing up.. two years later I found out they gave me a eviction without even sending me papers for court.. I was never late on rent and never gave them a issue.. I always had great rental history until I came here. DO NOT GO HERE!! EVER!!!

I lived at this complex a total of 3 years. In 2 different apartments. Once up stairs and 2 years downstairs. Never saw any bugs. (Outside does not count) I love the French door to the patio instead of tacky sliding glass doors. For the cost of rent it is a great place to live. VERY QUIET the management is pretty cool too. The worst thing I have to say about the complex is that the dumbser areas are very messy a lot. Lots of furniture outside that's not disposed of. But I regret having to leave there. Also lots of storage in the apartment too. And big bathrooms. So this is an update to my above post. I am moving back to this place. I moved out because I needed a larger apartment and 2 bedrooms here were unavailable at the time. I moved to Prominent at Sahara. Huge mistake don't move there. Cypress Springs is so much nicer and not much more. My apartment looms FANTASTIC. the grounds are kept up and Veronica in the office has been awesome to me.

I have lived here for awhile and it's a great place to live. The manager (Veronica) is a beautiful person and has been very helpful to my husband and I and we like that she has skills in proper management ability. She's the best we've had and her staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for everything

no body responds you and no one answer the phone , wasting your time ,awful managment Not even one starfor them We just try to rent a unit and they said its going to be ready on monday they will come me and iam gonna get the key . No one call and i call 2 days inroll no one answer and i leave a voice mail no body call me back ,they charge me for the application fee and a fee to keep the apartment , on tuesday after calling them few time decide to go there and see whats going on.when i check the unit it wasnt ready the shower didnt work and they said still they cant give me the key, it wasnt nice for the bigginning of the lease and i changed my mind to find some other place becasue i didnt want to have paroblem for the whole time i am gonna live there . , they didnt refund the whole money .
