This was the fist place I lived in when I came to Vegas and I will give short summary.Rents to anybody that has the money.2 They have homeless roaches and ones that visit you on the patio and in your bedroom and bathroom and these are no babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!3 Neo Nazi lives there with tweekers constantly around and one person might ask you where can he get some crack.4 Mainteance guys are Nice but the One Lady in the Office lacks customer service skills.5 There has been two gun fights in early 2017 from the apartment complex across the street.NO STARS AT ALL JUST A SLENDER TRIANGLE!THERE RATING SPEAKS FOR IT SELF!

Lived there for almost a year in 2015. They never sent maintenance for any of the problems the apartment had. The pool was always closed. And the people suck.

We have been here eight years and in those eight years they have taken away the security the child's play ground and pool privileges but they have consistently raised the rent. The emergency phone no one ever picks up. My refrigerator broke one time and it took them a day and a half to fix it I had to throw out 300 dollars worth of food they never even offered to compensate me they said that it was not considered as an urgent issue we are moving as soon as we can afford it the management is disrespectful and treats you as if you work for them I guess they forget that we pay them for a service and they work for us if i could go minus five stars i would.and they want even consider negotiating I guess they dont think that we know contract law boy are they mistaken and they wait until you make a post like this to get invited for a meeting which there is no give it is only take .

Nice apartments management is awful vary disrespectful. They treat you like a child or if there better then you. Once you move in they show no respect tto you or your apartment. If something breaks just forget it nothing gets done around here
