Briana is amazing! Before I moved in I had asked many questions almost everyday and she responded to me every time with a smile. She is always very pleasant when speaking to her!

Edit. . I've moved in !!!! First 4 days my car was broken into. I was told my apt was an upgraded apt and was told my blinds were going to be changed to the upgraded one nope and when I mentioned it I was told that wasn't true. My counter have burns and permanent stains from previous tenant I told them about that too and nothing has happened. They painted the tub and when i cleaned it it came off they just put a bandaid on everything from the previous tenant. Now lets get to these charges. They say you have a 3 day grace period to pay your rent but on the 2nd they put a 30 day notice on my door AND CHARGED ME $50 FOR IT !!!! then THREATENED me with $100 inspection fee to come and see if I was still there !!! Yeah I'm glad they forced me with a 7 month lease because I'm OUT OF HERE !!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!

I haven't moved in (yet) but my experience so far with management has been great !!! Briana went above and beyond to get me approved! I truly appreciate her and the other lady who's name i didn't catch. I can't wait to move . .and i will update my review as well !!!

I went with my friend looking for an apartment and the office staff Bri, and Karina took their time to answer all my friends questions and there customer service was top of the line. They were very very friendly :)

First I want to give thanks to the front desk team and managemet for getting my daughter and I into our apartment. We were homeless and living day to day wondering where to go . I became an employee for the company that owns the apartments and received help getting qualified for the apartment. I can’t give enough praise to the people in the office for helping me and my daughter finally have a place of our own . Thank you all so much !!

Today I went in to look for a place very stressed for personal reasons and the ladies in the office was so amazing and sweet and understanding and also very helpful. Just overall very pleased and can’t wait to move in.

I had a tour of the whole entire place the ladies up infront in the office Bree and Karina were super nice and respectful I would recommend this location.

They tell you everything is excellent, that everything is included, and you end up paying 1,700 in rent and about 300 in utilities because, apart from WiFi which costs 60 and laundry which costs 10, they charge you around 200. They provide terrible service. I really don't recommend it. (Original) Pésimo serviso nos agarra para loca nos dicen que todo es excelente que todo viene incluido y terminas pagando 1.700 en arriendo y como 300 en servicios porque llegan aparte de WiFi qué sale en 60 y la lavandería en 10 y te lo cobran como en 200 dan un pésimo servicio de verdad no se lo recomiendo
