5 stars for Bri in the front office, she's amazing and works hard to provide great customer service. That aside, first parking is extremely limited to the point where people will take your assigned parking. Constantly. Or block you in by parking in the middle of the parking areas. More than not someone is in my parking spot. We are able to request someone be towed but I don't like being that guy. We were told that our unit was vacant for a while, cool so things were able to be repaired and prepped for us miles in advance? Nah, lol. Choppy blinds, back ordered window replacement (it doesn't close), unpainted patch work, I was told the door they "temporarily" patched up was replaced but it wasn't lol. The outlet covers lift up off the wall and aren't aligned properly so it's a bit tricky to plug in lamps to see. Stained countertops, peeled vinyl on the countertops, rusty/lime filled shower heads, what looks to be rotted out wooden cupboards in the bathrooms and strangely a fruit fly infestation in our unit? Out of nowhere we came back to move stuff in and we had like 20 flies, half dead, all over. But aside from the cosmetic disarray I do feel generally secure and safe since there is security and it seems generally quiet. But it is a bit* (lot*) overpriced for what you get inside. If rent was $1200, I'd feel like it was worth the cosmetics. The "luxury" apartment my folks stay at has the same rent but 200sq ft extra and no cosmetic issues at all. Seems a bit of a rip off. This unit is 1400 base, I have 1 cat for $25 pet rent, $10 for w&d rental fee, $60 mandatory "tech package" with awful wifi most of the time. And your utilities, they'll say they're included with the rent but it's tagged on. February my rent was $1650. This place will nickel and dime you at every corner, as most places have a set rent, my parents just pay $1450 with no extra charges so I'm pretty much certain we won't be resigning this lease after only 2 months of living here.
